Recycled 99% acid free rag paper, brown paper bag, dried weeds and seeds.
The seeds sprouted in the sun, then died as the paper dried.

Slight differences, but the wooden-fence aspect still takes my eye. The sky threatens too. But that might not have been in your mind at all!
ReplyDeleteI don't know what was in my mind at the time of its making. It just evolved through the fingers, the process of forming an image taking over. Like a character, I suppose, in a novel that emerges unintended by its author, or so I have heard said happens! So I gave it a rather literal title. Unfortunately, poor lighting when photographed brought out the threatening ambience that is not really there in reality.
